I am 22 and have no health insurance. I am a pretty healthy person and don't have to see the doctor often. Looking for some advice. Someone I know was caught driving a stolen vehicle. She did not know the vehicle was stolen. Her passenger was claiming to be the new owner of the vehicle. Hello, I am 21 and in college. I am in Northeast Illinois. I have not driven a car since I was 17. This is because I did miserably in driver education. I passed the classroom, so technically I passed driver ed, but the driving I failed miserably. My parents won't let me be behind the wheel of their cars again. my girlfriend is looking to buy this car, and we took down the VIN number, so we can look up the history on it, to make sure it's good enough to be bought, but i was wondering if you guys knew any sites that had FREE vehicle history report, that you typed the VIN # in, and didn't have to pay for. because auto check, and carfax and some other one, you have to pay monthly for. and i think that's absolutely ridiculous. i just wanna look it up real quick, and that's it. thanks for your help, guys. =)

Hi, Could anyone give a proper definition of fronting regarding car insurance in the UK? For example, who goes under the heading of a fronter? In which cases would it be illegal to go under a more experienced driver's insurance policy? I'm 17. I graduated college early, so i'm now a sophomore in college. I have a job, where I make generally $600 a month. Not much but i'll be graduating soon so I can deal with it until I move out. Anyway, I'm having to buying my own car because the car my parents bought me is sadly a piece of crap and breaking down every other day. (06 suzuki, they should stick to making ATV's.) The lowest quote I can find online is about $186 bucks, which I can't afford. I don't need full coverage, I can't afford it. And won't be able to for a while.
